PSA SECURITY NETWORK BOARD OF DIRECTORS ELECTION RESULTS

Westminster, CO, July 20, 2010 –PSA Security Network stockholders held elections for three board of director positions during the Stockholders’ meeting on May 28, 2010. John Spooner, Kurt Will and Mike Tiffin were each re-elected for a two-year term by their regional constituents.
“I'd like to congratulate John Spooner, Kurt Will, and Mike Tiffin, for being re-elected to the Midwest, Central, and Northeast regions, respectively. Their re-election helps with our governance continuity on the Board as we navigate through these tough economic times,” said Mike Kobelin, PSA chairman of the board.

John Spooner is a twenty-one year veteran of the alarm industry, and has spent his entire career with Alarm Detection Systems in Aurora, Illinois. He is currently one of seven members of the executive team as well as a vice president.
Kurt Will is the president at Will Electronics in St. Louis, Missouri and is very proud of this family-owned company’s 55 years in business. He loves his work, and that is reflected in his desire to exceed his customers’ needs in the security industry.
Mike Tiffin has been the vice president at Henry Brothers Electronics in Fair Lawn, NJ since October 2003 and was first elected to PSA’s board of directors in 2008. Prior to joining HBE, he worked at Corporate Security Integration, LLC, a security integrator and engineering firm manufacturing and supplying products and services to OEM partners in the automotive industry.
Each director is elected to a two-year term with a limit of three consecutive terms. This will be John Spooner’s final term on the PSA board of directors. PSA will be looking to its membership for his replacement in May, 2012.
