PSA Network panelists led “Effective Project Planning within a Team” where they dove into the intricacies of project planning, strategies to bolster team collaboration for enhanced efficiency and opened the floor to session participants to share their own experiences. Our expert panelists included ECD Systems Arizona Program Manager Anson McEachern, QCIC Senior Program Manager Deanna VanHout, Northland Controls Global Account Manager Tyrone Chambliss and WeSuite President Tracy Larson.
Navigating Challenges in Security Integration: Proven Solution Approaches for Success
How do security integrators navigate critical challenges in security integration? PSA CEO and President Matt Barnette, Integrated Security Technologies Inc. President Christine Lanning, ECD Systems Arizona CEO Mike Bradley and Integrated Security & Communications COO Jim Lonie have the answers! The group shared real-world examples and solutions such as aligning technology with business goals, optimizing workforce and project management, mitigating cybersecurity risks and a book recommendation, Traction by Gino Wickman, to name a few.
Generational Shift in the Workforce: Adapting to the Changing Dynamics

Thursday, April 11Sales Prospecting: Techniques and Strategies for Effective Outreach
This panel of experts equipped participants with sales prospecting techniques and strategies, such as always servicing your customer, using service as your strategy, educating your technicians on the right questions to ask in the field and more, enabling them to maximize their outreach efforts. The panel was moderated by Vector Firm’s Gannon Switzer, and he was joined by speakers Chris Peterson also with Vector Firm, Pauline Powell with LONG Building Technologies and PSA’s Diana Hanna-Bradley. The Power 100 honorees are also recognized and celebrated at the Power 100 breakfast at ISC West.
