Leadership Lesson: Support Others

In order to be a more effective leader, you must think, inspire, energize, connect, and act like a leader. Here is a quick tip to help escalate your success as a leader through supporting others:

Those who have achieved success have not done so by hoarding their information. They are not self-centered. They believe the world will be a better place with more successful people out there. They offer to help those less privileged. Greed is not a driving factor for them. They do not think in terms of stinginess, they embrace a longing to give what they have and know to others. Contributing their time, skills, knowledge and wealth to others also helps them remain humble.

Those who have achieved success have not done so by hoarding their information.

Try this: Find a charity or a non-profit organization you value. Donate your time, money or knowledge. By giving back and donating, you will feel better about yourself as well as share your success.
