Andy Chisholm

Emerging Technology Committee Chair
With over 26 years in tech systems, Andy embodies "future-focused." As Director of Engineering at Paladin, Andy excels at aligning goals across departments and transforming complex integrations into field-ready solutions. His deep technical insight and hands-on leadership will spark fresh ideas and bold conversations as he leads the Emerging Technology Committee.
Eric Dochniak
Procurement Supervisor, LVC

Eric brings a collaborative, cross-functional lens into every discussion. Drawing on his experience as a project manager and warehouse supervisor, Eric excels as a procurement leader with excellent inventory control, team coordination and problem-solving. Eric is ready to lead the Procurement Committee with both energy and expertise.

With 40+ years in security systems engineering, Keith has set the standard for access-control design and AutoCAD drafting—from pioneering drawing protocols across North America to coordinating complex construction projects. His blend of technical mastery and client-focused leadership will help him positively influence the CAD Committee.
Ruben Marin

Business Technology Committee Chair
Ruben brings more than 15 years of combined experience in telecommunications and electronic security systems. From structured cabling and intrusion detection to IP-based surveillance and access control, his expertise brings a unique and practical perspective to lead the Business Technology Committee.
