PSA Announces Michael Boettcher as Edge President

Westminster, Colo. (August 2, 2022) – Edge, formerly USAV, today announced the hiring of Michael Boettcher as its president. Boettcher brings over 20 years of audio/visual industry experience to Edge’s team, most recently serving as president of Global VC – US Division of New Era Technology.

New Era also received AVIXA’s elite APEx certification for industry excellence.
Boettcher previously served as president of NSCA and has been on the board of directors since 2014. He also served as DAC chairman for USAV and is an AVIXA member with a Certified Technology Specialist (CTS) designation. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Villanova University and played baseball for the Wildcats.
He joins the Edge team comprised of seasoned industry veterans: vice president, Patrick Whipkey, and director of business development, Cheryl Walton. Edge now boasts over 90 integrators who collectively generate over $2 billion annually in gross revenue.
